Refund policy

1. Returns

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you can return unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase . If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, Please contact us .

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you received any item(s) defective or damaged. We are happy to send you a replacement or issue full/partial refund . Contact us  and we are happy to help.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

2.Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lolivier.ca .


2. Cancellation

If you like to cancel your order for any reason please contact us asap.  Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. If the item hasn't shipped yet we will cancel and refund the full amount.  If we shipped your order we will refund you as soon as we receive the items back.
