At L’Olivier Naturals, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
During peak periods (holidays, promotions, or high order volume), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Options
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD.
Some products may also qualify for free shipping regardless of order total. If applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Lip Balm Shipping (Regular Mail)
To keep shipping costs low for small orders, lip balm orders may be shipped via regular mail.

Typical delivery: 3–10 business days within Canada
Because Lettermail is untracked, shipping updates will not be available after the package is mailed.
If your lip balm order does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact us and we will assist you.
Standard Tracked Shipping
Most other products (including soaps and larger orders) ship using tracked shipping services.
Typical delivery estimates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Order Tracking
For tracked shipments, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
